Rates are based on occupation of 1 -2 persons,
for each additional person we charge $15 per day
General cleaning fee of $85.
For the Napili Village Condo we charge $95 cleaning fee if occupied with 3 persons, Hula Suite $105 if occupied with 3-4 persons.
Rates do not include daily maid service.

Check in time 4 PM, check out time is 11 AM. .
Late check out is $50. No exceptions!
5 nights minimum unless to fill openings between other bookings.

All our units are non smoking. Smoking is allowed outside only.
No pets allowed.

We can accept short stays under 5 nights if you are contacting us close to your travel dates and if we have openings or your short stay happens to be very close to an existing booking.
